PEDAGOGY
The pedagogy will be highly interactive. It will leverage the use of technology and will consist of a judicious blend of lectures, real-life case studies, quizzes, projects, and assignments.

PROGRAMME DELIVERY
Sessions will be conducted via a state-of-the-art Interactive Learning (IL) platform and delivered in Direct-to-Device (D2D) mode that can be accessed by learners on their Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) or Diploma (10+2+3) or Integrated Master’s Degree (10+2+5).
- Relevant work experience of a minimum of 3 years after completion of qualifying education from any of the above.
ADMISSION CRITERIA
The selection will be based on candidate’s profile evaluation, subject to meeting eligibility
criteria. Final selection of participants will be solely done by SPJIMR
